Products & pricing
We make every effort to show products and colors accurately, but screens vary and handmade or printed items may differ slightly. Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing or limited stock.
Orders & payment
Your order is confirmed once payment is completed through our secure checkout. We may cancel and refund an order if we suspect fraud or cannot fulfill it.
Artwork & intellectual property
All artwork, designs, images, logos and content on this site belong to Esclavoconsumista / Mark Scala. Purchasing a product does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights. Do not copy, reproduce or resell designs without written permission.
Shipping & returns
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy, which form part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
