Returns & Refunds
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
Non-returnable items
Original artwork, prints, custom or made-to-order pieces and items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to start a return
Email the studio with your order details and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Request a return and place a new order for the size you want; this is the fastest way to get the right item.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
